Loanspage - creating a rumble in the loans industry?

"How come so many web sites claim to offer a Loanspage Loan?" ... we were asked the other day.

Ah ... Loanspage, a service often emulated by others :) We've been here since 2000 providing a rather-unique service and we take it as a big compliment that some companies have chosen to advertise by referring to Loanspage's style of service as their own. So, it is of little surprise to us that when we looked on Google the other day ( http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=loanspage.com ) we saw several paid-for adverts that referred to Loanspage ...

• "Get a Loanspage Loan",
• "Fast Loanspage Decision",
• "Low Loanspage Rates"

None of the companies were actually Loanspage.

Several finance companies were advertising a Loanspage loan or a Loanspage service ... or adding the word Loanspage to their advertising copy ... but none of whom were actually a Loanspage company or a Loanspage affiliate. Interesting.

Well, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and, of course...

We wondered why so many loan companies appeared to be writing advertising that included our name; we saw advertisements from Tesco Finance, Ocean Finance, Central Capital, Shopper UK, Money Future, Direct Line, Pricerunner (and more... ) ... these and similar adverts appearing because the advertisers appeared to be including "Loanspage" in their AdWords keyword-match tables. We think finance companies are writing advertising copy & using our name because of our superb reputation:

• Loanspage offers a fast loan finding service.
• Loanspage works 24 hours a day at either matching a customer with lender's loan deals (Loanspage.co.uk) or showing lender's deals and inviting a customer to select the deal that suits them (Loanspage.com).
• Loanspage offers two distinct, rather uniquely presented, easy to use and powerful loans services that hundreds of thousands of customers have used since 2000.
• Our customer feedback confirms satisfaction.

So, the loans industry recognises Loanspage as being very good at what we do - and we imagine that some other companies are hoping for a bit of our business by emulating Loanspage and referring to our name. We're glad we created such a rumble in the finance lending sector; that some of our competition are looking towards Loanspage to discover how we lead the way.

So, tell your friends about Loanspage ... how popular we are ... and watch out that if you're not using a Loanspage website then you're not actually getting the real Loanspage loans service!
